Appointment of Platinum Japan Fund Portfolio Manager

From 28 April 2021, Jamie Halse has been appointed as Portfolio Manager for the Platinum Japan Fund.  Scott Gilchrist has left the firm to pursue other interests having contributed to clients‘ outcomes since first joining in 2001 and managing the Japan Fund since 2014.
 
Jamie is currently Portfolio Manager for the Platinum International Brands Fund (since 2017) and Head of our Consumer Research, having joined Platinum in 2011.  He will continue in these roles.
