I have been privileged to spend thirty years with Platinum since its founding in 1994.

Like all companies, our people are the heart of our business, and they play an integral role in delivering outcomes in line with our investors’ expectations. The Recruitment Process

At Platinum, we value people who are curious and want to learn more. Spend some time researching who we are, how we invest and how we have delivered values for our clients.
Please share with us your CV and any other information which you believe will allow you to contribute to Platinum's success. If you are indicating an expression of interest, we will retain your details and contact you only when an appropriate opportunity arises.
Given the varied nature of our roles, our selection process varies a lot. However, you should expect to be interviewed by the recruiting manager and a range of other individuals with whom you will interact on a regular basis. For relevant roles, we may also ask for case studies on examples of analysis that you may have completed.
Following reference checks from a manager or supervisor from your two most recent employers, we will extend a verbal offer of employment to you. This will be followed up with a formal offer that outlines your terms and conditions of employment.
We will ask you to complete pre-employment checks and background screening. These include items such as employment references, working rights checks, criminal history checks and education checks
