Fund update

On 14 September 2026, the Platinum International Technology Fund was renamed the PXC Advisors Dynamic Return Fund and management of the Fund transitioned to PXC Advisors Pty Ltd.

PXC Advisors Pty Ltd now provides investment recommendations for the Fund under a new investment strategy. Platinum Investment Management Limited remains the Fund’s responsible entity and continues to implement its investment decisions.

The PXC Advisors Dynamic Return Strategy is an absolute-return, global long-short strategy focused on identifying mispriced investment opportunities arising from significant business and industry inflection points through intensive bottom-up research and independent thinking.

Existing investments remain in the same registered managed investment scheme, and investors do not need to take any action solely as a result of these changes. Since 14 September 2026, the Fund has moved from daily valuations and withdrawals to monthly dealing.

A new Product Disclosure Statement took effect on 14 September 2026. It outlines the Fund’s updated investment objective and strategy, investment process, risks, fees and costs, dealing arrangements and other features. Investors should read the relevant disclosure documents before investing or deciding whether to continue holding units in the Fund.
