Important Changes to our Registry Services – Effective 11 May 2026
In our letter dated 31 March 2026, we advised that our Unit Registry Services would be outsourced to Apex Fund Services Pty Ltd (“Apex”) at a future date. This transition will take effect from 11 May 2026.
There will be no change to how the Funds are managed. However, there will be changes to some of our contact details and communication processes.
The tables below detail the key changes across five areas.
New contact details for all transactions and enquiries
From 11 May 2026, please direct all transaction and account enquiries to Apex using the contact details below:

Changes to product features
- Regular Investment Plan (“RIP”): No longer available via direct debit. Regular payments can be made via BPAY.
- Direct debit facility: No longer available. Payments can be made by electronic funds transfer or by BPAY.
- Cheques: No longer accepted due to being phased out by banks in Australia. Payments will be made by electronic funds transfer or by BPAY.
- Minimum initial investment: $10,000 per Fund/Class (changing from $5,000).
- Minimum investment balance: $10,000 per Fund/Class (changing from $5,000).
- New Zealand Dollar transactions: Transactions will no longer be made in New Zealand Dollars. All applications and withdrawals will be made in Australian Dollars at conversion rates determined by the relevant Australian or New Zealand financial institution.
- Cut-off time for receipt of requests to transact: 2pm Sydney time (changing from 3pm).
- Annual Fee Statements: Fees will be detailed on the periodic and exit statements issued by Apex (changing from standalone Annual Fee Statements).
- Capital Gains Tax Statements: Details of transactions from 1 July 2025 will be available via the Investor Portal, replacing standalone CGT statements. For historical transaction details, please contact Apex.
New investor numbers
Platinum account numbers will be replaced with new Apex “Investor Numbers” which will be an important, unique identifier for investors’ accounts. Apex will write to confirm the new details.
New online web portal
Apex will further provide details on how to register for access to a new online Investor Portal and how to obtain full online functionality including enhanced features that allow account details to be updated and some online transacting.
New bank account and BPAY Biller details for C and P Class holders from 11 May 2026
