Lindall joined Platinum in March 2023 as the Chief People Officer having held a number of senior executive roles, specialising in the investment management industry. Lindall was with First Sentier Investors (formerly CFSGAM) for 10 years in the role of global CHRO. This role covered 1000 staff across 11 countries. During this time, she led the people related components of the sale to Mitsubishi and the divestment of the direct property business. Prior to this, Lindall was the Head of HR, Asia for Westpac, based in Singapore.
Lindall also led the people integration of BT, Rothschild and Westpac Investment Management when the businesses came together in 2002.
Additionally, Lindall has a passion for resolving employee conflict in the workplace which led her to the establishment of Ombpoint, Australia’s first ombuds service.
